He's twice sailed around the world - the first time on a trophy-winning racing yacht in the world’s toughest yacht race and the second time with his family team - his wife and three children under the age of ten.

 

His mission for the next 25 years is to share what he's learnt about building and leading high-performance teams and achieving effective teamwork.
